This Master Spa Factory OEM 66" x 84" hot tub cover replacement (SKU: X456684) is specifically designed to fit your Master Spas® hot tub. This cover ensures energy efficiency as it consists of a 1.5-pound foam density, six-inch thick foam insulation (which tapers to 4-inches along the sides), and a full-length heat seal to help prevent heat loss. Additionally, it is made of a high end marine-grade vinyl covering that is mildew treated, and consists of upgraded rubber grip handles.

The 66" x 84" Master Spa Factory OEM hot tub replacement cover is made of a six-inch foam insulation that tapers down to four inches along the sides. Better yet, it has a 1.5lb foam density, making it extremely energy efficient and helps prevent loads of heat loss! Additionally, it is made of a high-end, 30 oz. marine-grade vinyl. This vinyl covering makes sure the cover is unaffected by any sort of mildew, UV rays, and more.
Please note that all hot tub covers we carry feature split corners on the skirt, meaning the vinyl skirt panels meet at each corner rather than wrapping continuously. If you're replacing an older cover with fully rounded skirt corners, you'll notice this difference upon arrival.
Additional cover highlights include:
- EPS Foam Cores (with tapers) — The insulation items on this cover are vapor sealed to help prevent any sort of moisture from coming into the hot tub cover. Moisture is released and condensation is prevented when it comes to these covers!
- Full-Length Heat Seal — This full-length heat seal is great at keeping in the heat from your hot tub! Our heat seal also has a 12 oz. chemically resistant vinyl scrim on it.
- Three Panel Skirt Design — The cover skirt that is located around the edge of your hot tub cover also keeps in the heat. Additionally, it prevents dirt and other outside elements from getting into your hot tub.
- Two Rubber Grip Handles (upgraded) — The rubber grip handles help you to easily lift your hot tub cover… without anything ripping! Helps with ease of use.
- Four Release/Lock Hardware Connections — With 4 releasing and locking hardware connectors, your cover has built-in locking straps to keep your cover safe, secure and in place.
- Bottom Vinyl — The vinyl located on the bottom of the hot tub cover is mildew treated, as well as being reinforced (11 oz. reinforced weft).
- Double Stitched — The 27 points of strength add structural reinforcements at all the important stress points on your cover — providing years of use.
