Master Spa Parts, Inc. (“MSP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an independent licensed retailer of hot tub and spa replacement parts, filters, covers, chemicals, and accessories. We are located at 2140 W Wisconsin Ave, Appleton, WI 54914. Master Spa Parts is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Master Spas, Inc.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website or place an order. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

When you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe contains inaccurate information or has been used in violation of these Terms.

4. Products and Orders

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on our website are error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.

We accept payment through the methods listed on our website at checkout. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the applicable payment method for the total amount of your order, including product costs, shipping, and any applicable taxes. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors.

6. Shipping & Delivery

This shipping policy applies to all products except hot tub covers. For information about shipping and delivery of hot tub covers, including lead times and important delivery notes, please refer to our separate Hot Tub Cover Policies page.

Free Shipping:

• We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 within the continental United States (lower 48 states).
• Orders under $99 ship for a flat rate of $9.99.
• Free and flat-rate shipping do not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.

• Most parts orders ship within 1–2 business days.
• If an item is on backorder (which is rare), we will contact you with an estimated timeline based on what we know from the manufacturer.While we will do our best to keep you updated, please note that we cannot guarantee when a backordered item will ship.
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.
• Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

• Need your order faster? We offer Next-Day and Two-Day Shipping.
• Expedited orders must be placed before 4:00 PM CST for same-day processing.
• Orders received after 4:00 PM CST will ship the following business day.
• Expedited shipping is not available on weekends or holidays.
• To request expedited service or if you have special delivery needs, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to help.

• Free shipping does not apply to international orders or shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
• Customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees based on the destination and value of goods.
• Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location.

7. Returns & Exchanges

At Master Spa Parts, we are committed to making every step of your purchase experience clear and reliable, including the return process. If an item does not work out, our goal is to make returns and exchanges as straightforward and hassle-free as possible. That policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. MSP Rewards Program

Our MSP Rewards program allows registered customers to earn points on qualifying purchases. Points are earned at a rate of 1 point per $1 spent, and 30 points may be redeemed for $1 toward future purchases. Points may be redeemed at checkout. New account registrations receive 450 bonus reward points. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards program at any time without prior notice. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable. Any abuse or fraudulent activity related to the Rewards program may result in forfeiture of points and account suspension.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Master Spa Parts, Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or otherwise use any content from our website without our prior written consent. The Master Spa Parts name and logo are trademarks of Master Spa Parts, Inc. Unauthorized use of any trademarks displayed on our website is strictly prohibited.

10. User Conduct

When using our website, you agree not to:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Outagamie County, Wisconsin.
