All hot tub covers are custom-built to your specifications. The expected delivery timeframe is displayed during checkout and may vary based on demand. We update this regularly to reflect our current lead times.

Shipping & Delivery

Hot tub covers ship via freight and require special handling due to their size. Here’s what to expect:

  • Please provide a valid phone number at checkout so the freight company can reach you if needed.
  • Delivery is curbside only — the driver cannot assist with moving or placing the cover.
  • You must be home to sign for the delivery.

Important: Delivery personnel will not remove your old hot tub cover, so please plan accordingly.

Damaged Covers

If your cover arrives with visible damage:

  1. Accept the delivery—do not refuse it.
  2. Note the damage clearly on all delivery receipts before signing.
  3. Take photos of the damage.

This ensures we can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
