Is there a fee for joining?There is no fee for joining our Rewards Program.
What mailing address should I provide?The address you provide should be the address you are going to have your items shipped to.
Does the Rewards Program track my purchases?Yes. Once you have created an account, you will be able to track your purchases and the rewards points that you have accumulated.
How many rewards points do I earn for each dollar that I spend?Merchandise purchases on masterspaparts.com, excluding taxes, discounts, shipping, and returns, are eligible for points. Each dollar you spend excluding taxes, discounts, shipping, and returns earns you 1 rewards point. You will need to sign in to your account during checkout in order to receive your points. If you order as a guest, or do not sign into your account, you are not eligible for your points. Purchases will become eligible for points at the time your order ships to you and your credit card has been charged.
Note: When redeeming rewards points at checkout, points are earned on your cart subtotal minus the value of rewards applied. If your rewards cover your entire cart subtotal, no new points will be earned on that order—taxes and shipping are not eligible for points earning.
Do purchases I made before joining the Rewards Program count toward my eligible purchases?Purchases made prior to joining the Rewards Program will not be counted.
Does applying rewards points affect my free shipping eligibility?No. Free shipping eligibility is based on your cart subtotal before any rewards points are applied. If your subtotal qualifies for free shipping, you will keep free shipping even if applying points reduces your order total below $99.
