Shipping & Delivery Policy

Please note: This shipping policy applies to all products except hot tub covers.

For information about shipping and delivery of hot tub covers — including lead times and important delivery notes — please see our separate Hot Tub Cover Policies page.

Note: Delivery personnel will not remove your old hot tub cover.

Free Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 within the continental United States (lower 48 states).
  • Orders under $99 ship for a flat rate of $9.99.
  • Free and flat-rate shipping do not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.

Order Processing Times

  • Most parts orders ship within 1–2 business days.
  • If an item is on backorder (which is rare), we’ll contact you with an estimated timeline based on what we know from the manufacturer. While we’ll do our best to keep you updated, please note that we cannot guarantee when a backordered item will ship.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Expedited Shipping

Need your order faster? We offer Next-Day and Two-Day Shipping.

  • Expedited orders must be placed before 4:00 PM CST for same-day processing.
  • Orders received after 4:00 PM CST will ship the following business day.
  • Expedited shipping is not available on weekends or holidays.

International Shipping (Including Alaska & Hawaii)

  • Free shipping does not apply to international orders or shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
