The custom factory OEM replacement 120” x 94” Master Spas® swim spa tub cover (SKU: X454108) is specifically designed to fit your Master Spas® hot tub. This swim spa cover has a six-inch thick foam insulation, which tapers down to four inches along the sides. This 24 R-value (the higher the R-value, the better the heat retention) energy-efficient cover comes with a 1.5lb foam density and long stopper steam cushions that help prevent heat loss, and upgraded rubber grip handles.
Note: This four-segment swim spa cover folds along the longest dimension (the 120" side).
This custom 120” x 94” replacement hot tub cover is made of a 100% marine-grade vinyl. This high-end vinyl helps to make sure your cover is resistant to discoloration, UV rays, mold, and mildew. It consists of a six-inch foam insulation that tapers down to four inches along the sides, and has a dense 1.5lb foam density.
Please note that all hot tub covers we carry feature split corners on the skirt, meaning the vinyl skirt panels meet at each corner rather than wrapping continuously. If you're replacing an older cover with fully rounded skirt corners, you'll notice this difference upon arrival.
The insulation on this OEM cover is vapor sealed to help prevent condensation and moisture from coming into the hot tub cover. The long steam stopper cushions are great when keeping in the heat, as well as the cover skirt located around the edge of the hot tub cover. Dirt won’t get inside either as the skirt keeps that out too.
This cover has a strong U-Channel that adds strength to the surface, built-in safety locking straps for security, and built-in handles for ease of use.
