108" x 94" Hot Tub Cover (Long-edge Fold)

This 108" x 94" Hot Tub Cover (Long-edge Fold) replacement factory direct cover is made of a heavy-duty vinyl that prevents cracks from different weather elements, mildew, UV ray damage, and more. Vapor seals are conveniently installed on the cover, as well as thick insulation to prevent moisture and water from absorbing into the replacement cover. A built-in drain is located on the cover, helping to release moisture as well. This hot tub cover tapers down to three inches along its side, and consists of a 6 inch to 4 inch tapered thick foam. Lastly, the cover’s skirt adds a great layer of protection to retain the heat and keep the majority of dirt out.

Please note that all hot tub covers we carry feature split corners on the skirt, meaning the vinyl skirt panels meet at each corner rather than wrapping continuously. If you're replacing an older cover with fully rounded skirt corners, you'll notice this difference upon arrival.

The cover’s hinge includes layers of vinyl, which makes it durable against heavy wind gusts and other damaging weather elements. A U-channel also reinforces and adds additional strength across the cover’s surface, making this a strong cover. This cover has built-in locking straps to prevent any type of tampering, and built-in handles to make the cover easy to operate as well as easy to remove and apply.
