Ask your doctor before you embark on any exercise program, as not all exercises are suitable for everyone. Keep out of the reach of children. The Ankle Fins should fit snugly around your ankles for a comfortable fit and exercise routine. If you feel any tingling in your toes or feet after putting on the Ankle Fins, you should remove them immediately.
