In order to replace this part, start with the cover in the closed position and make sure the corners of the CoverMate II are squared and positioned correctly on the spa. Remove the self-taping screws on both sides of the lower support arms. Then, you will need to remove the screws from the center coupler bar. Slide the coupler out of the way and pull the lower support arm off. Next, take the new support arm for the CoverMate II, SKU 100037, and insert it into place. Slide the coupler bar back into place and reinsert the screws.

Returns & Replacements

Orders must be returned unused and within 30 Days of Receipt. At time of receipt of returned order, you will receive a refund less the restocking fee.
Restocking Policy: Selecting replacement parts and filters can be difficult, so you will never be charged a re-stocking fee if you call or email to ensure you are placing the correct order. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs on all parts that are returned due to incorrect ordering. A 20% restocking fee will apply on a case-by-case basis.

Free shipping is not available on International Shipments (including AK and HI). Customers shipping outside the continental United States are responsible for any additional duties and taxes depending on shipment location and cost of goods.
