One capful holds approximately 1 oz. When used as directed, this product is effective as a spa and hot tub water sanitizing agent. Ensure all spa and hot tub equipment is working properly. Backwash and clean the filter system following manufacturer’s directions. Adjust pH to between 7.2 – 7.6. When using other products as outlined in the directions for this product, always follow directions on those products. With pump on, add ½ teaspoon of this product per 100 gallons of water (or 5 teaspoons per 1,000 gallons) as initial treatment. Repeat at 15 to 20 minute intervals until a residual of 3 – 5 ppm of available chlorine is established as determined by test kit or test strips. Testing must be performed regularly to determine the frequency of additional doses of this product needed to maintain the chlorine residual of 3 – 5 ppm. Superchlorination: Use one teaspoon of this product per 100 gallons of water (or ¼ cup per 1,000 gallons). Superchlorination may be needed on a nightly basis in a heavily used spa or as infrequently as once a week in a moderately used spa.

All orders are charged at the time of order. Next-day/two-day shipping, orders must be received prior to 3:00pm CST (and will not be processed on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.)
Returns & Replacements

Orders must be returned unused and in original packaging, if applicable, within 30 days of receipt. At time of receipt of returned order, you will receive a refund less the restocking fee.
Restocking Policy: Selecting replacement parts and filters can be difficult, so you will never be charged a re-stocking fee if you call or email to ensure you are placing the correct order. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs on all parts that are returned due to incorrect ordering. A 20% restocking fee will apply on a case-by-case basis.

International Shipments
Free shipping is not available on International Shipments (including AK and HI). Customers shipping outside the continental United States are responsible for any additional duties and taxes depending on shipment location and cost of goods.
