To replace the left support arm, it is recommended that you start with the cover in the closed position, making sure that the corners of your CoverMate III are squared correctly on the hot tub. First, remove the self-taping screws on both ends of the pivot arm. Then, remove the bolt that holds the pivot arm to the support bracket by unscrewing the nut from the bolt and then removing the washer and bolt. Once you have these bolts and screws removed you can slide the pivot arm off the old left support arm and remove the old left support arm from the cover. Replace the original support arm with the replacement part. Then reattach the pivot arm to the left support arm. Finally, screw the left support arm back into the support bracket. Free shipping is available to the Continental United States for orders over $99. If order happens to be backordered (which is very rare), it will ship within 5-10 business days. If you need something shipped faster, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
All orders are charged at the time of order. Next-day/two-day shipping, orders must be received prior to 3:00pm CST (and will not be processed on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.)
Returns & Replacements

Orders must be returned unused and in original packaging, if applicable, within 30 days of receipt. At time of receipt of returned order, you will receive a refund less the restocking fee.
Restocking Policy: Selecting replacement parts and filters can be difficult, so you will never be charged a re-stocking fee if you call or email to ensure you are placing the correct order. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs on all parts that are returned due to incorrect ordering. A 20% restocking fee will apply on a case-by-case basis.

International Shipments
Free shipping is not available on International Shipments (including AK and HI). Customers shipping outside the continental United States are responsible for any additional duties and taxes depending on shipment location and cost of goods.
