This is the Wind Lock Bar for CoverMate III and it is a replacement part for your CoverMate III Cover Lift. There is a reliability, ease of operation and ultimate beauty to the hydraulic cover lift that can only be found in the CoverMate III Cover Lift. In order to replace the lock bar, simply remove the bolt that goes through it and pull it off. Put the bolt through the new Wind Lock Bar and thread back on to the home spa.
