Is there a fee for joining?There is no fee for joining our Rewards Program.
What mailing address should I provide?The address you provide should be the address you are going to have your items ship to.
Does the Rewards Program track my purchases?Yes. Once you have created an account, you will be able to track your purchases and the rewards points that you have accumulated.
How many rewards points do I earn for each dollar that I spend?Merchandise purchases on masterspaparts.com, excluding taxes, discounts, shipping and returns, are eligible for points. Each dollar you spend excluding taxes, discounts, shipping and returns is 1 point. You will need to sign in to your account in order to receive your points. If you order as a guest or do not sign into your account you are not eligible for your points. Purchases will become eligible for points at the time your order ships to you and your credit card has been charged.
Do purchases I made before joining the Rewards Program counted toward my eligible purchases?Purchases made prior to joining the Rewards Program will not be counted.
