83" x 70" Hot Tub Cover (Long-edge Fold)
Our Master Spas® 83" x 70" hot tub cover (SKU: 458771) is a factory direct OEM replacement cover specifically designed to fit your Master Spas® hot tub. Consisting of 1.5lb foam density, long steam stopper cushions, six-inch foam insulation, four inch tapered sides, upgraded rubber grip handles and a 24-R value (the greater the R-value, the better the heat storage and heat retention), this cover prevents heat loss and is extremely energy efficient.
Note: This hot tub cover folds along the long edge.
The 83" x 70" Master Spa Factory OEM hot tub replacement cover is made of a six-inch foam insulation that tapers down to four inches along the sides. This functional cover has a 1.5lb foam density, making it extremely energy efficient and helps prevent loads of heat loss! Additionally, it is made of a high-end, 30 oz. marine-grade vinyl. This vinyl covering makes sure the cover is unaffected by any sort of mildew and UV Rays.
Additional cover highlights include:
• EPS Foam Cores With Taper — The insulation items on this cover are vapor sealed to help prevent any sort of moisture from coming into the hot tub cover. Moisture is released and condensation is prevented when it comes to these covers!
• Full-length heat seal — These full-length heat seal cushions are great when keeping in the heat from your hot tub! Additionally, there is a 12 oz. chemically resistant vinyl scrim on the heat seal.
• Three Panel Skirt Design — The cover skirt that is located around the edge of your hot tub cover also keeps in the heat. Additionally, it prevents dirt and other outside elements from getting into your hot tub.
• Two rubber grip handles (upgraded) — These two rubber grip handles help you to easily lift your hot tub cover… without ripping! Helps tremendously with ease of use.
• Four Release/Lock Hardware Connections — With the releasing and locking hardware connectors, your cover has built-in locking straps to keep your cover safe, secure and in place.
• Bottom Vinyl — The vinyl located on the bottom of the hot tub cover is mildew treated, as well as being reinforced (11 oz. reinforced weft).
• Double Stitched — 27 points of strength add structural reinforcements at all the stress points on your cover—providing years of use.
• Compliance to ASTM Standards for Safety Covers
