Spa Marvel Cleanser is a fast-acting proprietary cleanser that penetrates deep inside of your spa's plumbing and equipment, caustically removing biofilm, organic, mineral and chemical contaminants. In brand new spas, Spa Marvel Cleanser removes residues leftover from the manufacturing process including waxes, oils and resins.
Instructions for use:
Remove filters. You will not harm your tub by operating it with the filters out. Add one full bottle of Spa Marvel Cleanser into the existing water. Spa Marvel Cleanser performs much better in warmer water than in colder water. Run jets on high for at least 1 hour and then allow to circulate for an additional 23 hours. It is important that the Spa Marvel Cleanser circulate in the spa water. If the pumps are not on, the water is not circulating. If your spa does not run continuously, you may need to leave the Cleanser in for longer periods of time. i.e. if your spa circulates 12 hours a day, leave the Cleanser in for 2 days. 12 hours X 2 days = 24 hours of circulation. It is OK to leave the Spa Marvel Cleanser in the spa for longer than one day.
Remove filter. Pour one bottle of Spa Marvel Cleanser into existing water. Allow Cleanser to circulate in water with jets on high for at least 1-hour sand then circulate on low speed for an additional 23 hours. Drain and flush the tub. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat before every drain and refill.

All orders are charged at the time of order. Next-day/two-day shipping, orders must be received prior to 3:00pm CST (and will not be processed on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.)
Returns & Replacements

Orders must be returned unused and within 30 Days of Receipt. At time of receipt of returned order, you will receive a refund less the restocking fee.
Restocking Policy: Selecting replacement parts and filters can be difficult, so you will never be charged a re-stocking fee if you call or email to ensure you are placing the correct order. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs on all parts that are returned due to incorrect ordering. A 20% restocking fee will apply on a case-by-case basis.

Free shipping is not available on International Shipments (including AK and HI). Customers shipping outside the continental United States are responsible for any additional duties and taxes depending on shipment location and cost of goods.
