This Master Spa Factory OEM 67” x 78” hot tub cover replacement (SKU: 457969) is specifically designed to fit your Master Spas® hot tub. This cover ensures you energy efficiency as it is made of a 1.5-pound foam density, six-inch thick foam insulation that tapers to 4-inches along the sides, and a full-length heat seal to prevent heat loss. Additionally, it is made of a high-quality marine-grade vinyl covering that is mildew treated and protects against UV rays. Additionally - it consists of upgraded rubber grip handles.

This Master Spas® 67” x 78” Factory OEM hot tub replacement cover is made of a thick six-inch foam insulation that tapers down to four inches. It has a high quality 1.5lb foam density - making it extremely energy efficient and helps prevent loads of heat loss! Additionally, it is made of a marine-grade vinyl which makes sure the cover is not affected by any mildew, UV rays, etc.
• EPS Foam Cores (with a taper) - The insulation within this cover are vapor sealed to help prevent moisture of any kind from coming into the hot tub cover. Condensation is prevented when it comes to these covers!
• Full Length Heat Seal - Keeps in the heat from your hot tub. In addition to the heat seal cushions themselves, there is a 12 oz. chemically resistant vinyl scrim on the heat seal.
• Three Panel Skirt Design - Located around the around the edge of your hot tub cover, the skirt helps keep in the heat. Additionally it prevents dirt and other outside elements from getting into you hot tub.
• Two rubber grip handles- Rubber grip handles help you easily lift your hot tub cover.
• Four Release/Lock Hardware Connections - Built in hardware and locking straps help to keep your cover safe and in place!
• Bottom Vinyl (11 Ounce Reinforced Weft, Mildew Treated) - The bottom vinyl located on the underside of the hot tub cover is mildew treated, as well as being reinforced
• Double Stitched- 27 different points of strength add structural reinforcements at all the stress points on your cover,
